Glad I tried it.
Was put off by the negative reviews of the narration, but I’m glad I gave it a go, the narration was fine, not your Steven Pacy quality by any means, but fine. The story is good, with an interesting take on us vs them.

an enjoyable book providing a look into unknown
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. a story that provides a glimpse into a world where the fairytales are real.

Outstanding
Tim Lebbon writes incredible horror. Thinking of the scene with the Satyr in the abandoned swimming pool sends electricity up my spine

Something a bit different
A well written story with a slightly different twist on the supernatural and the other. Has me wondering now about the existence of mythological creatures among us. Some bits a bit gory but some scenes are now indelibly inked in my mind and will linger around for a bit. Sign of a great book really.
