Peter Lustig ist Schlossherr geworden. Er hat sein altes Grundstück eingetauscht gegen das Barockschlösschen Pölser, angeblich eine "Perle der barocken Baukunst". Der Bauunternehmer Bunkenburg hat Peter zu dem Tausch überredet, denn er hat große Pläne mit dem Elchwinkel. Doch Peter merkt schnell: Mit seinem Schlösschen stimmt was nicht. Zum Glück kann er den Tauschvertrag noch rückgängig machen – wenn er bis zum nächsten Tag um 12 Uhr wieder in Bärstadt ist.
