Easy to follow and Positive!!

I love this concept of weight loss hypnosis is interesting. I find myself repeating the Mantras and feeling really good about it. Very positive audio. I do think it would function best as an audiobook.

Helpful and positive encouragement for weight loss

The narrator's voice is very pleasant and the information in this book is useful. Lots of positive thoughts to help you change your mindset about eating healthy and staying on track with your weight loss goals. Wish it was a little longer in length, but otherwise it's a good listen!!

SO EASY!

This was a quick listen, but it was packed full of helpful mantras that I'm going to try. Dieting is such a drag for most everyone, and since hypnosis worked for me to quit smoking, it stands to reason that this will also be successful in taking off the pounds I've put on since then! I'm going for it!

Changing bad habits!!

This book is full of positive affirmation that you can repeat to yourself throughout the day when emotional eating tempts you. The author unpacks many of the reasons why we eat the way we do in order to get past them and stop poor eating habits, such as stress eating and comfort eating.

Insightful information

The book is full of interesting and insightful information to explain how the process works but really needs to be used as an audio book, free with the book, to be effective.
Like all self- help programmes, the tools are presented here but they need to be believed in and used consistently.

Incredible!!

This book has helped her calm her anxieties over the weight that she has, as well as her figure, her diet and exercise routine. Women seem to be unhappy with how they look all the time, even if they’re fitness models. The book at hand really helped my future wife into finding peace of mind and calm while still doing her diets and training.

Effective book!!

I bought this book for my fiancée who is a little crazy about diets and losing weight, although she looks great. She’s always trying to find new ways of keeping her waist line below a certain number that she’s made up in her head as being ideal.
