Binge Eating Disorder

For two years, I suffered from an eating disorder. Due to nervousness, I would eat large amounts of food while not being hungry.
After my doctor diagnosed me with this disorder, he tried to put me on a diet. Initially, I was able to control these hunger pangs, but since the problem was related to a nervous factor, during periods of increased stress, I would go back to binge eating.
A friend of mine introduced me to hypnosis and advised me to try, searching on the net. I found this audiobook, it seemed very good, so I decided to buy it and try.
I listened to it all in 2 days, then, I started with the self-hypnosis program specific to my disorder.
It is incredible how hypnosis has the power to influence the subconscious mind to overcome the problem, without a doubt, this audiobook allowed me to recognize the source of my disorder. Now, practicing every day, I was able to decrease hunger attacks by 90%. So I recommend this author to all those who want a viable alternative to traditional therapies and diets.

Long Story Short

Without fanfare, this audiobook is amazing. The best self-hypnosis sessions ever heard. Created to be easy to follow, step by step, they go straight to the point. I have been of great help to lose weight and to make my night sleep harmonious and deep.

Understanding the Subconscious

Self-hypnosis is an exceptional tool. It manages to bring out its subconscious, in this way, you can understand the causes of many eating disorders. I, personally, was binging on food because of a past trauma that I had hidden deep inside. Mya Young, with this book, managed to bring out the problem so that I could act on it and solve it. I used to try to live as if nothing happened, but what we hide does not disappear. On the contrary, it manipulates us and makes us slaves. I practiced self-hypnosis to be able to have complete control of myself, today I am a different person, more aware and determined.

MY JOURNEY

I had to apply myself seriously to reclaim my body. Nothing is easy and nothing has been given to me. I have tried many diets in recent years, but I could not have enough energy to face the day.

How to stop food addiction

This audiobook contains many techniques to stop food addiction. I have fought for years against eating disorders; no doubt, self-hypnosis is a very effective tool that allowed me to destroy this addiction.
The path to healing has been pleasant, with hypnosis, you do not have a clean break, but it is a more subtle work, you have to work on your beliefs and destroy them from within.
It gave me all the tools I needed to understand and cure my ailment, it contains lessons of self-hypnosis guided, and the narrator marks the times and manages to offer the right harmony.

How to fight and defeat eating disorders.

I fought for a long time with my eating disorder, I was humiliated, and in the last few months, I couldn’t even get out of the house. I discovered self-hypnosis, I applied myself a lot, and slowly I managed to find myself again. The path was difficult, and I committed myself. I lost a lot of weight, I cured my disorder effectively. Self-hypnosis has helped me a lot especially in recognizing the causes of my disorder, understanding them and taking action to solve the problem. Today I am a new and constantly improving psycho-physical person.

I am a psychotherapist, I know hypnosis well and I am always looking for innovative material.
