Rubbish, where’s the hypnosis?

I was expecting actual hypnosis practice, it just references hypnosis and then simply and poorly delivers outdated diet information with the use of irrelevant case studies.

Great motivational tool Very effective

I found this to be very effective at getting me to crave healthier foods and actually want to work out my abs, which used to be my least favorite exercise. Now, I have healthier eating and exercise habits with ease, which is a big change for me.

It's a good audio-book

It's a good audio-book for a good value. Helps with weight loss and maintaining where you are.I love these bedtime meditations...they truly help me fall and stay asleep...I have had problems sleeping for years and this is the thing that works for me.

This is excellent listening and fast listening.

This is really nice and easy to listen to. If you use that, listen to it and do it, it works. If you don't put in the effort you're not going to get any results.

Best qualities and strengths
