Impressive

impressive

Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. There is never a shortcut to losing weight or staying fit, but your mindset can really make all the difference. I love the positive shifts that happen with this wonderful, powerful audio.

I am a food addict

Listen to this each night before bed. When I wake up in the middle of the night I turn it back back on again it's really be working for me I haven't brought sweets or wanted sweets. it's a real struggle for me because I am a food addict but at the same time is really working listening to it each night.

I am Impressed

I wasn't sure what to expect with this bundle, but I am certainly impressed. A lot of great sessions that left me feeling more inspired to take care of my body. Self care starts with the mind, and this is a great way to set healthy standards for yourself and keep great habits.

A great meditation-relaxing and soothing!

Loved the meditation. Immediately effective. My only feedback is that Chapter 3-where the meditation is, is more than 1.5 hours. The intent is to listen to this repeatedly. It would be helpful if is was broken into another section with shorter meditations that could be done in less time and the longer version be available for those with more time. Still worth the time and effort! Enjoy!

Very Relaxing

Don't be discouraged by the robotic-sounding intro. Once the meditation starts, it's very soothing. I'm not certain it will help me with my weight loss, but I just had the best nap of my adult life. The advice isn't anything I haven't heard before, and I giggled when she randomly threw in "avoid artificial sweeteners" without any explanation, but overall it was just very pleasant. It appears that a lot of the other books with similar titles have bad reviews because they just explain the benefits of hypnosis, without actually diving into it. This one is a quick intro, then right into meditation. Its my first day, so fingers crossed it helps me stay on track!

Nicely done!

Very poor English- doesn’t make any sense

This is clearly written by someone with English as a second language. The English is very poor and some sentences just don’t make any sense and are a jumble of words. This means it is intelligible to listen to and any meaning is lost. I’ve had to abandon it and feel annoyed that I’ve wasted a credit. I will be requesting Audible look into this and will ask for a refund. I can only think that the previous reviews must be fake as cannot understand how they have all given 5 stars. It seems like a scam to me.

I recommend

I've read it several times and will keep picking it up every time I need to remind myself to love the body I have. Because that's when your body will start to lose the weight for you and you won't need to fight against it any more.

Meditation for Rapid Weight Loss

I feel in comparison this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like help mediation on weight loss then this a book worth pursuing.

Best guide for weight loss

I found this to be very effective at getting me to crave healthier foods and actually want to work out my abs, which used to be my least favorite exercise. Now, I have healthier eating and exercise habits with ease, which is a big change for me.

Good Job

This is a well written piece that seems to automatically speak to the subconscious mind. I found it to be an easy way to trick the brain into wanting exercise and healthier foods. That alone has helped me lose weight faster. Very clever production!

Book was very clear.

This very clear book about a certain type of a diet. I like the book at the beginning of the chapters very inspiring. This book is a definite must-have. It is very inspiring. Easy to listen but with lots of helpful information and ideas. Must listen. Its a five stars book.

This book is amazing.

This book is amazing. I have always been fascinated by cars but I knew nothing about them. I wanted to know more and decided to buy this book, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. Amazing book.

Amazing book and really way beyond just a workout book, this is one of the most inspirational books based on fact science and references that I have ever listen - when I feel like giving up I will re-listen this one again and again.
