Eating less is such a drag for most everybody.

Lots of straight forward guidance of weight loss.

Fully informative and knowledgeable book!

At first, I was skeptical of using hypnosis for diet and weight loss. But to my surprise, I felt a calmness afterward and experienced a lack of desire for food as a way to comfort my anxieties.
