Gorgeous Book

Weight loss is not only a physical matter. Psychiatric factors (binge eating, stress eating) can lead to obesity and must be addressed before starting a weight loss program.

it doesn't cover medical conditions. Example: I eat healthily and don't overeat, but because of my diagnosed PCOS i am overweight and have trouble losing weight.

Narrator is so sweet

That being overweight is not just because you are eating. The book is very detailed in different ways to work on yourself and to fix the weight troubles you are facing.

Nice Tune

More often than not, women specifically are looking for weight loss ideas or ways to improve their figures. Although there are some quick and easy ways to lose weight, long term it's much harder to keep it off if you aren't staying with whatever program you choose for significant periods of time.

Amazing Guidebook

I enjoyed these books very much. The 1st book looks at various disordered eating habits and explains each well. Then, though focusing on binge eating, the author looks at how to change our habits that are not healthy into healthy habits.
