Unbelievably Effective and life-Changing!

I tried about five other audio books on this subject. I was about to give up when I found this one. This audio book is phenomenal. I put it on when I’m ready to go to sleep each night. The first night I listened to it, I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed even though it had been a short night. I started my day and was blown away by my changed attitude and thoughts about food. I found myself choosing healthy food in much smaller portions and I had no interest in “snacking” in between meals. When I saw foods that would be trigger foods for me usually, they had no effect on me. Tonight will be the fourth night I’ve listened to this book and my weight has already dropped five pounds. The best thing is that it isn’t a struggle or difficult at all. I only want to eat healthy foods. I don’t want to eat large quantities of food or junk food. I’m not hungry either. I have plenty of energy and even though a medical condition is preventing me from exercising right now until I have surgery, I can’t wait to be able to start exercising again.

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight.

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like help mediation on weight loss then this a book worth pursuing.

Adding this to my workout and weight loss routine

Adding this to my workout and weight loss routine have helped me a lot. It’s easy to stick with a diet for a few days or maybe a few weeks but when it comes to months and years you really need a way to keep yourself on track. This hypnosis will be my secret tool.

What a waste of a credit

Ugh, I have been struggling with my weight lately regardless of how active I am or what I eat and yes I had my thyroid checked so that’s not an issue. I thought this book would help me with my mindset and my subconscious but no it did not and I found it boring. Other books I can’t stop listening but this one ugh, was a waste of my credit!

Great information in a usable format!

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. I have put Mary's recommended methods into practice and used her excellent scripts with my clients. This book has my highest recommendation for hypnotherapists working in this area.

Really love narrators voice.

Interesting concept and strongly informed.
