Excellent this audiobook.

I just picked up this audiobook on weight loss, and I almost feel as though I'm sitting down with the narrator in person having a heart-to-heart about my exact questions and concerns about weight loss.

I just started using it it's only been a few days now but my appetite is more under control hopefully it would have me lose weight on a rapid Basics I'm not snacking in between meals which is very good especially I'm a junk-food eater

This audiobook is absolute gold.

I have been eating healthy for over two years but I still struggle with occasionally falling "off the wagon", and when I do I terribly eats. This book helped me understand and combat my triggers in a common sense way.
