Great Audio Book

From the first day I used this audio book I could feel the changes happening in my eating habits. Within a few days I had lost already a few pounds. Fantastic.
The voice is very nice to listen to and all the content is relevant to my “story”. I listened to other hypnosis for weight loss before with no results what so ever. This one really hits the spot for me. Thank you!

Better Than Expected

I loved this audio book. I wish it were 3 times longer than it is. It would take me until the 2nd count down to knock me out, but when it did, I think it was the best sleep I've gotten in a while. I also believe the hypnosis works as well, as I was skeptical at first. My cravings for food have changed. I've been listening to this book once a day for around 2 weeks now. I do find myself effortlessly making healthier food choices, and I don't seem to feel the urge to keep eating when I know I'm full.

WANTED to be impressed... but wasn't..

56 yr old IT professional; convinced of the potential of directed meditation, but unconvinced this particular audiobook actually achieves it. Listening to the author repeatedly "telling you what he's going to tell you" just doesn't cut it for me.

Sadly, disliked the book enough I'll be actually trying to get a refund (very very RARE for me)...

Works For Me

I don't crave unhealthy food after listening to this. I like that it is short for when I need a quick session. I do cycle between other weight loss versions to maximize the effect.

'' if you're buying this using your audible credits, don't don't waste your money it wasn't worth it. Put you to sleep nothing else

I love listening this audiobook

It is so relaxing and I have noticed that now I’m more aware of what I eat, I can control mu cravings and wish to eat more healthy. Before I wanted to loose in one week what I got in months. Now I don’t feel so restricted by I’ve been loosing weight because I’m eating smaller portions and less sugary things. Highly recommended.

very addictive

I love this. I've never done any sort of hypnotherapy but I think I've fallen in love. I now listen to this everyday. when I listen it feels like I am rewarding myself by relaxing and fully releasing my thoughts. It has definitely helped me with my eating habits as well. this is a great motivational tool.
