I absolutely loved this book. Though I’m sure I would have been moved had I read the book; hearing the naked emotion in the author’s voice as he shared his innermost thoughts and feelings throughout some of the lowest points of his life, punctuated the story with a rare intensity. But despite the serious subject matter- he still kept it light. I recommend this book to anyone who is on their own mental health journey. This book will help you remember you’re not alone, you are enough and you can find a way back.
