Publisher's Summary

Colton Donavan lived life in the fast lane, but it took Rylee Thomas to teach him what racing was all about - arrogant, rogue, broken, conceited, dirty-talking, rebel, egomaniacal, voodooed, bent, and reckless. You think you know him? Contains mature themes.

Another great by K. Bromberg

Love Coltons POV from Driven, Fueled & Crashed. Brilliantly written by Kristy Bromberg again and once again Sean Crisden reads so believably with so much feeling and dare I say it - he has such a sexy voice.

Wow

This was a great narration and well read. Loved the story. A good fill in in the years between the end of driven three and the epilogue.

Read this book at the same time as Crashed & so on

What did you love best about Raced?

Colton's view point of the different parts of the story.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Raced?

The last chapter. (I don't want to spoil anything.)

What about Sean Crisden and Tatiana Sokolov ’s performance did you like?

Everything

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Ready - His not, Set - She is, Go - They do!

Any additional comments?

Each chapter in this book is a chapter from one of the other books just told from Colton's view point. Therefore, I would recommend reading this book at the same time you read the other books. I read the series in order, months ago, and had a hard time remembering the story from each book in relation to Colton's view point. So, if you have the chance to read the series from the start then I would recommend reading each book with this one at the same time.

A Top Favorite Series

Would you consider the audio edition of Raced to be better than the print version?

Raced in a series of Colton's POVs which take place throughout the previous 3 books. I read this book throughout reading the other three....and have done so every time I have read it (this being a top favorite series, I have read them many times).

If I thought I loved Colton before reading Raced, I was so wrong. After reading Raced, I have so much more compassion for the "bent" bad boy. He really was trying through the whole series even when we were wondering what in the world he was thinking. Raced just gives us so much more insight to his inner workings even though we were given some of his POVs throughout the series.

I would highly recommend reading Raced if you loved the original Driven trilogy. It just adds another layer to the enigma that is Colton.

The audio version of this series is also very well done. It initially took me a bit to get used to Colton's voice since I had eye read the series so many times already. But I loved it all the same. The narrators were able to capture the emotions as I had envisioned.

What you didn't know you desperately needed

Colton Donovan fans, this is the book for you. This is a treat from the author. We don't get Colton's point of view until the second book in the series, Fueled. But this book gives us that. It is his view points for all three books: Driven, Fueled & Crashed. I understood him more. And it was so fun to revisit his ego pumped up attitude from the first book. I loved finding out how he felt about Ryle at the start of their push and pull relationship. I found myself laughing out loud so many times at the things he was saying and thinking.
I also really enjoyed the author's notes. She lets us know what she was thinking as the story unfolds and why she did certain things. That really helped me connect more to the story and I didn't think that was possible. The Driven series isn't just some great series. It becomes a part of you. I am consumed by Colton and Rylee's story. I feel like I know them personally.
I HIGHLY suggest this book to fans of the series. We thought we had the happily ever after at the end of Crashed but this book proves there was so much we didn't know and had yet to experience. I enjoyed every minute of it.

DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!

This is Raced, book 4 of the Driven Series, written by K Bromberg. This one is a do not miss. We learn what Ms Bromberg was thinking when she planned and wrote certain chapters. We also gain more understanding from Colton’s point of view. Can’t wait for the final book!
