Publisher's Summary

All your life, you’ve been taught that you need to wait, that everything you want requires hard work, sacrifice, and patience. This is the underlying philosophy of the American dream - go to school, get a job, buy a house, save your money, and wait. Before you know it, you’ve spent your whole life living on someone else’s terms.

There is another way....

In Quit Your F*cking Job, Oliver Trojahn shows you that everything you want in life is waiting, but first you need to reject the principles of the American dream, or as he calls it, the great American hoax. Whether your dream is to start a passion business, travel the world, or just have time to stop and smell the roses, the first step is quitting your job and embracing the unconventional. This book shows you how.

Oliver spent seven years in the corporate nine to five grind, slowly accumulating cash-flowing real estate on the side. As his passive income grew, so too did his realization that there was another way to live. He quit his job, and start living by the rules that define the growing demographic of the “new rich”.

He rejected the idea that you need to work a job you don’t like, and embrace the concept of Lifestyle Design. Now he works according to his lifestyle, not the other way around. He retired by the age of 30, which he’s proud to say is 17 years sooner than his mentor Robert Kiyosaki (Author of Rich Dad Poor Dad), and since has become an expert in real estate investing and business ownership.

Quitting his job and rejecting the great American hoax has allowed Oliver to....

  • Increase his real estate portfolio from one 30,000 dollars townhouse to 15 million dollars in apartment buildings.
  • Start and grow two multi-million dollar private label online companies.
  • Improve his golf handicap from 26 to 10 in three months.
  • Maintain 9 percent body fat throughout the whole year.
  • Travel the world for months at a time.
  • Be steadfast in his belief that any person can become world class (top 1 percent) in six months.

So what are you f**king waiting for? Buy this book now!

All about buying rental properties

This is strictly about buying rental properties to replace your corporate job. If you are into that for your future, it may be the book for you.

Life changing!

This book will change your life!!! I wish their was a way to contact Oliver directly as I’m 34 and about to sell my first house where I hit the lottery. After all debts are repaid, I’ll have around $170k to invest. I said before listening to this book that I wanted to find passive income from real estate and now I found a pathway. However, nowhere near me has houses under $100k AND short term rentals are off the hook (Western Montana). In fact, there are not many long term rentals because they’ve been converted to short term rentals, with fewer tenant headaches. I would love to hear Oliver’s perspective on this!

Bite sized into to the tax game

Oliver does a great job of delivering a to the point message about thinking out side the box. Tax law is intimidating so many of us play it safe. When in the "rat race" anything becomes one more thing. He opens up realestate and how to use it to utilize tax advantages. I have read Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", and he too was an influence for Oliver, meaning this book mirrors similar info. I am not sure if I missed it or if the audio format doesn't have it, but I would have liked more resources. I feel like this book was more about opening up the mind to think differently. I am curious to get Oliver's guidance along the lines of a how to. Such as, the resources he used to research and get information because as he says it isn't easy yet is very possible. How do you develop the intuition?

Best Book I’ve Read!!

As of right now, I am in my information gathering stage and I completely related to all the emotions that were shared in this book! We are in modern-day slavery where we trade time for a paycheck. This book helped me generate an understanding of the basic concepts of Real Estate and has helped me get one step closer to getting started! Thanks Oliver!

Loved it

I love how harshly he presented the facts to make you really understand the reality of Corporate America. I believe this book is eye opening for anyone that doubts why they go to work every single day.

really like this kid. Very motivational.

This kid has done what so so so many guys dream if doing. which is creating two business that bring wealth in automatically every month. It's sort of a birds eye view rather than a "how to" nuts and bolts type of book. So I give him five stars. but I'd really like it if he had a you tube or podcast chanel that showed you the details of how to get to where he is.

I love this book

As a person who once took a chance and made bad investments and was force to go back to a desk job I hate. I needed this book!! Lord. I’m definitely motivated to get back on my hustle harder and keep it to myself. Chances make champions. And it’s never to late. Thank you Oliver.
