Great one!

I recommend this for those suffering with stress management and anxiety. The author summed me up pretty quickly as I have a fear of uncertainty and being imperfect. After reading I better welcome those scenarios in my life.

Clear and informative

I have struggled with anxiety all of my life and have read hundreds of books in search of "the answer" that I was convinced must exist. The approach the author advocates in this book is "that answer".

some useful tips

if you are new to 'self-discovery', bettering yourself, improving your life, figuring out your life purpose, self love, mindfulness, human mind and behaviour etc. this probably serves as a decent starting point, otherwise don't be in a rush to listen to this one, as generally it is not the best of a kind book. I find the narrator's voice a little annoying as well, with all respect to him. Just my personal view. Better/more useful material towards the end.. the beginning probably works better for youngsters who are seeking direction in life.

Highly recommended

By encouraging focus on one thing at a time, and not changing everything at once, the book sets the stage for lasting habit changes that promote boundaries that are healthy in everyday life. As the book says we all have stress. It's just how you manage it that makes all the difference.

Everything written in this book makes sense

This workbook is a must have for everybody. Too few of us focus on stress management in our every day lives. We live in a go, go, go society and usually it’s not until something big happens that we realize that something has been amiss. This workbook is not only useful to help manage currrent stresses, it’s a great and proactive way to avoid increases in the future.
