Because the amount of excersises you would be better off having a hard copy. either that or the chapters should be divided into excersises so you can go to them. Great book though

While having the crystals and the herbs and the candles is a fun part of witchcraft, stripping down to the bare bones- using the power of our mind and our spirit to alter our reality is an incredibly powerful tool. This book will help you get in touch with this side of you- a side that we all have, it just needs to be developed. I’ve seen someone comment that you need the paper copy to do the exercises, but I found that listening all the way through once, then using it chapter by chapter over some weeks was a great method of really connecting with the materials. Matt is an incredibly wise and knowledgeable mentor on this journey of discovery.
