I got a little further through the book than the previous reviewer & managed to get to about 4 hours. Although the author is probably very knowledgeable on the subject, the book seems to be an endless series of lists & there is a lot of repetition about the various concepts.

Listening via audiobook, you really need to concentrate on what's being said because if you miss the opening sentence, you'll then be listening to up to 20 items in a list that you don't have any context for.

The printed book has a lot of diagrams too so I'd suggest purchasing that rather than this audiobook.

A lot of the material presented seemed to me to be quite theoretical: "These are the kinds of things you need for corporate finance", but it left me wondering how to actually get the things mentioned, how they might work in practice, and what an example would look like. It'd be great if there were more practical advice, examples and case studies from the real world.

Lots of lists & theoretical information
