I truly appreciate this book!

I truly appreciate this book. It is straightforward, good judgment, and simple to pursue. I'm putting all my expectations on these methods. Despite the fact that I simply completed, I saw myself rehearsing a few methodologies while I was all the while tuning in. I gave it a four since I found monotonous in certain segments and the chapter by chapter guide was difficult for me to pursue. In any case, the substance is significant and helpful.

Solve the Productivity Puzzle

The hardest truths I read in this book were that people who buy self-help books don't read them and that we make ourselves feel better by making empty promises to ourselves day by day. If you're lying to yourself deep-down over once-again going to improve your situation, you'll buy this book and put it away on a shelf.

Good self-help book for you with a profession

I liked the book accounts of experimental psychology, that studies have been done into assumptions made about human behaviors. I liked reading about brain activity research using brain imaging technology. This book was suggested by my psychotherapist for the two of us to work through together

Exceptionally commonsense book.!

Exceptionally commonsense book. You would love this book on the off chance that you really connected the activities all through the book, and re-read it over and over. Books that are for self-awareness or business require undivided attention, taking notes, and listening again until the information you learn turns into a piece of you.

There are many useful tricks for procrastination

There are many useful tricks for procrastination and dieting but, without changes in your unconscious paradigms, your efforts at change will fail. There is no way to beat your subconscious. You must change your subconscious paradigms according to its rules. This book discusses these paradigms by explaining their structure (ego, super ego, id) and reviews common behavioral problems in this light with case histories. In this book, you'll find your issues with solutions.

Great book

Great book for anyone who wants to improve their life. This book is just what I needed and I am so glad I found it. Some of the chapters really resonated with me and opened my eyes to reality. It is amazing how much we push into our unconscious mind and let it eat away at us. There are some exercises throughout the book to practice so that healing can occur. As the author states, healing does not happen overnight. It takes work on your part and time to heal completely. I definitely recommend this book for anyone who wants to move forward and find true happiness in their lives.

Procrastination

This book has opened my eyes and forced me to repeatedly re-evaluate my basic assumptions about how my personality developed. I have listened repeatedly to the first four chapters, and each time I am rewarded with a new insight. Powerful and sometimes painful... But always helpful in the end.
