This book does a great job of covering the required information to effectively create and manage a workplace violence prevention program in healthcare - to my knowledge the only title on Audible specific to this topic. The writing was good, the content interesting enough with a few new nuances to grab my attention even after 20 years in this field.

Only minor gripe was the narrator getting tangled on standard industry acronyms (CPTED which he read as either C.P.T.E.D or CP-TED), but that's forgivable and not enough to dock a star from the overall.

Definitely worth picking up, and I'll likely go buy a hard copy now as a reference text.

Excellent primer for healthcare violence preventio
