Good motivational beginners guide to mindfulness.

Good motivational beginners guide to mindfulness. To be absorbed exponentially, I felt it was similar to going to a workshop on mindfulness. Having gone through it, I felt my practice had shifted to a deeper level. I recommend it to anyone interested in practicing Mindfulness, it is in easy language.

Mindfulness is being ready for change. For most people, being able to attain mindfulness, practicing meditation all the time is necessary. But why? Meditation is concentrating on one point, and when we focus constantly on one thing, we are being mindful. This book really help be understand how I can find inner freedom, peace and happiness.

Good for Meditation.

This book is the perfect practical guide to meditation and mindfulness! I work as a therapist and I often incorporate mindfulness techniques into my therapy practice. What I like about this book is that I can easily flip to a chapter that is relevant to a client and then guide them through the exercise. It is also so easy to show them the steps so they can go home and practice on their own!

Important approach !!!

This book is a magnificent and significant manual for living without limit. Regardless of what your needs are or what you need to relinquish in this lifetime, this book guides you well ordered to getting to be available and careful in regular daily existence. It trains you to be grounded, stimulated, pardoning, merciful, cherishing and minding, and above all else keeps you right now in day by day life. It is an extraordinary method for dealing with stress to every one of that presents itself.

I will highly recommended!!

Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally. This kind of attention nurtures greater awareness, clarity, and acceptance of present-moment reality. A solid book for those interested in learning about and pursuing mindfulness.

Good purchase.

The supplier shipped the product very fast, upon receiving the course I found it to be in as new condition. I did buy it as a used product but everything is great. The course is easy to understand and as with any learning product, well worth the money.

Very High-Quality Book!

Really impressed with the thoroughness of this book. I picked it up trying to learn about a great pastime, ending up getting more than I bargained for. Great explanatory pictures, descriptions of different styles and routines, and it touches on biology and ramifications. This was a great place to start for me.

listenit, apply the concepts,then listen it again!

Love this cd. Great way to teach children ways to manage their difficult emotions. I recommend listening to the same track several times before moving on to the next track, this way they get well versed in one technique/imagery and develop some mastery before jumping prematurely to another.

Highly recommend!

In my opinion, there is no better book available to teach children and their parents about mindfulness. CD with guided mindfulness exercises makes this a valuable asset for parents wanting to help their children with focus, attention and, self-soothing for stress relief. Highly recommend!

A Good Start for those Interested in Meditation.

Good book, excellent quotes, excellent manner of looking at the world and a great approach to mindfulness. There were no drawbacks to the book and it was an easy and quick listen.
