Disappointed in this as in the beginning it is soothing but when I listened to it thro after I purchased it all there was the sound of a crackling fire .. i thought i would try it one more time and thought I would put it on to help me fall asleep. It says in the introduction that do not worry if you fall asleep as it will continue to work while sleeping.. well it went well in the beginning and the tone of the tibetan bowls were soothing and i did fall asleep .. that is until i was abruptly wakened by this large booming sound .. i was pretty annoyed as it takes me a lot to fall asleep and was enjoying a long needed sleep .. it took we ages to fall back to sleep .. i didnt find this very good at all and really do not recommend that u waste ur money .. the title e attracted me but it does nome of what you would expect., in fact i think it just mesess with your head .. im sorry to leave a bad review but this does not suit a sleep practice.. possibly more suitable for the conscious state
