Copied from other books

Short facts, but copied from other books. And a lot of “do this and do that”! I would rather read a whole fulfilling researched book then this one. If you want to listen or read one of the books this book copies from, then you should read “The joy of missing out” by Tonya Dalton.

Short and practical

The book was short, concise, and to the point. It was easy to read and helps to set up a game plan to start habits and break bad habits.
