Publisher's Summary

Change is inevitable; that's no secret. We all yearn for a lasting change in life. Unfortunately, such a change doesn't come easily. In every aspect of our lives, we all have to be high-performing. But how is that possible? Will habits enable you to achieve long-term success and vibrant well-being, regardless of your gender, age, profession, abilities, or personality?

You have to seek clarity, produce energy, increase need, improve productivity, develop influence, and show courage to become a high performer. Several studies of individuals with unusual habits or habit changes explain the neurological mechanisms that form habits in the brain. The habit, stored in the basal ganglia for neural efficiency, is the result of a loop comprised of three parts. These parts are cues that trigger the habit loop, a routine to execute, and feedback, or a reward that tells the brain to remember the habit for the future. Habits can be changed by retaining the cue and reward.

Choose the power of habits by listening to this audiobook. If you adopt certain habits, you'll succeed faster. Anyone can practice the power of habits in their daily lives, relationships, and careers. Amazing things happen when they do.

In it, you will learn:

  • How to Expand Your Self-Image
  • Daily Habits for Transforming Your Mindset
  • Daily Habits for Influencing People
  • How to Win Friends and Become a Successful Person
  • Building Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence
  • Overcome Social Anxiety and Shyness
  • How to Improve Your Dating Skills
  • Use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Neutralize Stress, Negativity, Worry, and Anxiety

  • And Much, Much More

Powerful Habits 2.0 helps you reach your maximal productivity and greatest potential by teaching you how to think in a system that excludes procrastination. Listen to this audiobook and you will be on your way to a fuller, more enjoyable, and successful life.

Amazing!

Well put together and easy to understand. I already had a little of idea of some of the topics but with the help of this useful audiobook, I was able to fully grasp concepts and techniques of developing powerful habits.

I specially enjoyed the "Meditation" chapter. I have actually started doing it and now on day 3. I can honestly say (and feel) that meditation already made an impact on my life. I feel more energized, focused, motivated, and excited to reach my goals in life.

Its amazing that such a simple activity can make a drastic improvement in your everyday life. In my opinion, they should even teach meditation in schools.

This is 10x better than Atomic Habits

This guide is very informative and puts a new perspective on old habits. The author great. I have to admit Narrator's tone of voice was perfect for me to follow - his insight and advice made him worth listening to. This audiobook also made me realize that I am on the right track to forming and keeping good habits to make my life what I truly want it to be.

Absolutely fantastic

I will have to try to put this into practice. Kim gives good advice and techniques to start off your day with a bang! Which I need as I am very sluggish in the mornings.

Fascinating!!

This is a very professionally executed guide. The narrators are an engaging presenters who offers a number of valuable steps to get our day off to a powerful start. Some of these I have done in a haphazard manner in the past, but here all the steps are presented in a logical sequence that build upon each other. A lot of value to be had in 26 hours.

Very good

A lot of detail advice and suggestions, such as find an accountability partner to push yourself, think positive of yourself, make a treasure map of your goal, associate with more positive people. Great!

I'm not sure if I got the correct book

The book/topic seemed interesting, especially after reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. This presentation however one of the worst I've encountered: sudden breaks in the recording, sentences repeated after false starts, rustling of paper. I'm almost convinced that the version I listened to was a non-edited draft. I stopped listening after half an hour since the errors were too distracting.
