Helpful! Porn is the solution not problem

Great book, encapsulated by the phrase, “porn is the solution not the problem”. We do porn because it benefits us in some way (it is a solution to something).

Understanding this allows you to stop the uphill battle of trying to ‘stop the problem’ and rather consider what is the ‘real’ problem and what are alternative solutions that we can rationally and emotionally move towards
