Easy Applied.

Love this book!!!It has an amazing variety of recipes that even the non-vegans in my house have thoroughly enjoyed!!! I also love the fact that the ingredients are readily available you don't have to go to bizarre different stores it was all around A great experience!!!

The Beginner's Guide to a Plant-based Diet

An interesting overview of different types of plant-based diets. I don't want to become a vegetarian or a vegan, and this book explained the types of approaches that would work for me, such as semi-vegetarian. I also found the discussion of macrobiotic diet especially interesting, as well as the motivation.

This book provides meal plans, recipes, and what you should have in your pantry, freezer, and refrigerator. Having an idea of what to stock up on before starting a diet is very helpful. There are lots of yummy sounding recipes and this will be one of my new go to books. All this information makes this book unique among others. Recommend.

Unique cookbook

I enjoyed this Plant Based Diet Book. It went over the various forms of plant based diets. I knew many of them but learned even more which was super cool. The recipes are also super unique and all sound really easy to make. I made the Kiwi Slushie this morning and it was super tasty. i'm so excited to cook with this cookbook!

Well it is my love

I'm a huge fan of this cookbook. I haven't made all the recipes yet, but every one I've tried (at least 6) has been absolutely delicious. A few of them are on our regular dinner menu rotation. Recommend for all!
