Finally a book that I will use!

This has some interesting recipes in the back and I’ve tried a few of them. There is a lot of great information in here. Anyway, I recommend to all. You might find yourself modifying your diet a bit. For example.Go vegan a day or two a week.

Outstanding plant based meal prep

This is the best vegan cook audio book , i have listen. It is full of normal foods without a bunch of fake meats and stuff. The recipes are simple and doesn’t require a ton of ingredients. I’m very happy with this audio book.
