Well done! must have audio book.

This is a great quick listen for anyone wanting to learn more about a whole foods plant-based diet. this audiobook has some really tasty recipes that are easy to follow. It includes recipes that use everyday ingredients and are simple to make.

Outstanding!!

At long last, a audio book that I will utilize! The audio book has simple to follow plans with a couple of customary fixings. I will go plant-based and this audio book will be my Bible! Wonderful plant-based recipes!!

LOVE IT!! Fantastic guide for all of us.In the plant-based diet, one should eat all the fresh vegetables, fruits, natural beans, lentils, and other plant-based products. All of these are fresh and without processing. It is more about consuming whole products, not the refined form such as whole grain, multi-grain, natural sugar, honey, and sweetness. on the other hand, the vegan diet includes processed food options as well, the vegan recipes include cookies made processed white flour, artificial sugar, sugar-added beverages, and canned beans for example. Highly recommended!

This is a top-quality audio book with vivid topics of each recipe. There is enough information shared in the beginning that one doesn't necessarily have to listen The Plant to understand why this lifestyle is important for health.I'll be getting more to share as gifts.This one is tops!
