Publisher's Summary

T. M. Frazier, USA Today best-selling author of the King series, brings you a new trilogy with an anti-hero you're going to love to hate and a ballsy heroine with more than just tricks up her sleeve.

Love is supposed to be magical.

Ours is suicide.

The first time I met Emma Jean Parish she conned me into taking her p*ssy. Her cat.

When she was 16 she conned me into her first kiss.

At 18 she gave me everything.

She's a con artist. I'm a criminal. I use her. She manipulates me.

Our attraction is explosive. What we have can be forever. If we survive the detonation.

Contains mature themes.

Perversion trilogy

bit disappointed because i love T M Frazier. but something was lacking in this one. unfortunately the female narrator was not the best and i had a hard time getting past that. wont be buying the next in series audible version assuming its the same people narrating but would consider buying the book.

Yes I know I used more than 5 stars !! So Now you have to get the book to find out why!
The narration is everything to me, it really can make or break an audio book! Aiden Snow is one of my favorites and TM is incredible. she certainly can write damaged, f***ed up and absolutely wonderful dark romance!
Great welcome back series💋Please release the rest soon✌️

Wow!

This was a great read! I wasn't expecting it to be so badass! The characters rocked - Grimm is freaking hot and Tricks is annoyingly funny but sneaking as hell. I love the way T.M. Frazier connected the two again after they were apart for some years. The setting is like a unrealistic crazy town but is it good as hell! Narrators were great. This is a must read but there is a cliffhanger! Can't wait for the 2nd installment!

She does it again

I recently discovered and fell in love with TM Frazier's work...her bad boys are right up on my list with March and Sky's. It started with the King and Doe. then took me to Jake and Bee. I couldn't wait to read this series so I put both Bear and Preppys stories on the backburner to dive into this one. looking back, that might have been my mistake. this series takes place AFTER all their stories are told, so some details took me by surprise.
overall performance (narrators): I may have found my new fav female narrator. far too often (especially in Fraziers audibles), the female sounds too old to be 17-18 years old. most of the male narrators I've loved (and no one will replace the delicious Christian Fox as Jake), but I very much enjoyed this male narrator as Grim. for once, I don't have an issue with either narrator (it's a miracle).
overall story: this will contain some spoilers (especially for those that haven't read Preppy or Bears story). I absolutely LOVED this story. from the start it's very hard not to fall for Tricks, She is just as adorable as she is street smart. the connection made between the 2 at a time where it could have been done totally inappropriately (bc of the age of both), was instead done in a way to show how important that connection was without making it a sexual connection between a 12 year old and 17 year old. the brotherhood is the gang you would be crazy not to want to be a part of....i mean they are a true family and I loved Belly and Marci (I would love to hear their story). I did like how Lacking was set up, like the wild west of gangsters. to me this story is less sex-filled then I'm used to but the substance of the actual plot fills in nicely. very well written. the ONLY issue I have (and remember I hadn't read Preppys books yet) is the cameo of Bear and the phone call he gets from preppy. i was filled in through dialogue from book 2 just how that call was possible and I know so many of you just LOVE you some Preppy (and so do I)....but it's quite disappointing that something so vital from the King books and such an important epilogue from tyrant are now insignificant bc he was never really dead (which also still is super irrational). maybe reading Preppys story (and Bears) Will help me accept this reversal better, But as of now it left me kinda blah. and I took a star from it, bc I am big on an author sticking to the story and not changing things that make a story more fantasy than "real life" fiction.
I do recommend this book if you love Fraziers other works. She does a jam up job on this one as well!

Great Start to a Trilogy

If you like other T.M. Frazier books I highly recommend this one. I thought the story line was riveting. However, i felt like the story line was rushed and could have been explored a little more. I also liked the narraters. It is important to have good narration!

raw gritty and spellbinding

T.M. Frazier chewed me up with this story. My emotions bounced all over the place. The ending was so unexpected that I'll be on pins and needles until the next installment. Aiden's Snow and Stephanie Wyles brought the characters to life.

WOW!!!!! TM Frazier has done it again!

Slow starter and most of the excitement happens in the last quarter of the book. I had my doubts when i heard she wasn't using Rob or Lance to narrate but i was pleasantly surprised!! although Aiden isn't as tough sounding; he has a rich baritone voice that does the trick!! the female narration leaves something to be desired. i have read everything by TM and i seriously cant ever get enough. If you loved the King series than you'll fall for this one hard! and ohhhh the cameo!! i really hope she includes more of the king series characters moving forward. love love love and oh so HOT!

Horrible girl narrator

Would have been much better if the girls voice wasn’t annoying. Won’t be purchasing the second book if it’s her again. Or course AIDEN SNOW IS AMAZING !!

Good start...

Good start to the trilogy, but not one of her best works. The ending is what has me looking forward to book 2, but before that, I wasn't necessarily thinking about the next book.
