I really, unexpectedly, enjoyed this book. To my surprise, Grenouille was actually very relatable. The story was also very dark and so humorous. I really enjoyed it!

Such an interesting story!

An excellent story, extremely well narrated, yet sadly disappointing in the end. I got the feeling that the ending was rushed and perfunctory as if the author, after all the care in getting to that point, couldn't decide on how to end it and just wanted it done with.

A great "read".

Expertly narrated. This slightly sickening, very original and imaginative tale will stay with you for a long time.

Slightly grotesque gothic fairytale
