Some good parts

I was expecting more. There were a lot repeat stories. But it still had some great pearls. The narration was awful.

So-So

The material in the book is useful, but it is the worst narration I have ever heard.

Little to repeating

I’m struggling with a strong will child and been recommended this book. I listen to is straight. However it constantly brings up how pre-marriage sex and drugs are bad and how to handle it. There are some useful things I plan to try with my 13 year old but only giving it 3 star because doesn’t give clear instructions of how to go about things.

Great book. listen to it.

I feel like this book has help me understand more of my children in growing up and in becoming teens. I also feel that it is helped me understand the different reactions, different moods, different emotions, different attitudes come on as well as figuring out their own life . There's various things in here that I will apply and use as my kids grow up. If the parent uses their common sense and realises that each kid is different and you have to take one step at a time with each 1 and try to understand and take this book with a grain of salt and try to apply it, it will help. I feel though book has me understand a lot and I'll refer back to it when needed. no on to the first book he wrote about parenting.
