The section on panic attacks gives clear, doable techniques that actually make sense when you’re in the middle of feeling like you might die (or, at minimum, spontaneously combust in a Tesco aisle). The stress management part is refreshingly realistic too – it doesn’t assume you live in a yoga retreat or have three hours a day to meditate.
The narrator’s tone is calm but not robotic, which matters when you’re already feeling wired. You finish feeling like you actually have a plan – not just a vague sense of "be more mindful" or "breathe deeply" while your brain screams at you.
Highly recommended if you want real tools, not just motivational slogans.
