Dos mellizas y su hermano mayor viven en una casa al lado de un bosque. Aunque lo tienen prohibido las dos niñas se acercan al bosque en busca de aventuras y de repente se encuentran con ser extrañísimo.
Es un niño como ellas pero tiene patitas y pequeños cuernos de cabra. El niño cabra se asusta mucho al verlas y sale corriendo. Ellas corren detrás de él y le siguen hasta donde vive en el bosque.
¡Es una casita preciosa en lo alto de un árbol!
Pero el niño cabra está triste porque nadie le quiere por ser diferente. Cuando el niño cabera salva a las niñas de un peligro, ellas deciden llevárselo a casa a vivir con ellas y así se convierte en un miembro más de la familia.
