Don't waste your credit

I wish I could give 0 stars.

First off, I expected more in depth explanation of the paleo diet, it's benefit's and how to incorporate it into everyday life. Instead it felt like regurgitated info found off Google and being repeatedly told to download their meal plan.

Secondly, the narrators voice is very, very annoying. It was like listening to an info-mercial on repeat for over an hour straight. I would rather hit myself in the head with a brick.

Do not waste your credit. Don't bother as it's not helpful. Use Google or watch YouTube videos for guidance instead.
