新年度を迎え、またネットではPTA周りの問題が騒がれる時期となった。毎年この時期は、新委員の選出が行われる。特に1年生の保護者は、まだ活動内容も勝手もわからないうちから委員選出に巻き込まれるわけで、なかなかしんどい話である。 娘が入学した中学校では例年、入学式に出席した保護者を、式典終了後に体育館に残して、そこで委員の選出を行なう。委員が決まらないと、体育館から出られないし帰れないという。PTAの委員決めの伝説は数々聞いてきたが、これはかなりの強行派だと言える。 そもそも任意団体であるPTAの委員を決めるのに、全員を体育館に軟禁することは違法である。いやその前に、入会の同意を取らないこと自体、憲法第21条に謳われた「結社の自由」に反する。憲法第21条の1には、以下のように書かれている。(本文より)小寺・西田の「金曜ランチビュッフェ」はこちらから→http://yakan-hiko.com/kode-nishi.html
