A HAIKU OF PRAISE

Publisher's Summary
Given the way love turned her heart in the New York Times best-selling To All The Boys I've Loved Before, which School Library Journal called a "lovely, lighthearted romance", it's no surprise that Laura Jean still has letters to write.
Lara Jean didn't expect to really fall for Peter. She and Peter were just pretending. Except suddenly they weren't. Now Lara Jean is more confused than ever. When another boy from her past returns to her life, Lara Jean's feelings for him return too. Can a girl be in love with two boys at once?
In this charming and heartfelt sequel to the New York Times best seller To All the Boys I've Loved Before, we see first love through the eyes of the unforgettable Lara Jean. Love is never easy, but maybe that's part of what makes it so amazing.

Wished I'd stopped after the first one
The previous book was sweet and ended at a good point. This book highlights a bunch of bad qualities in Peter that make him a glaringly bad choice for Laura Jean, she has become just another stupid teenage girl. I couldn't just enjoy the story because the main character is bent on being with an incompatible, lying narcissist, and does not respect herself because she makes excuses for his disloyal behavior and goes back to him

Already Downloaded Book 3
This book picks up exactly where the last one ended and maintains the same flow and rhythm of the first. Lara Jean is a character I wish I knew and her younger sister Kitty is a great balance. I love the sister aspects, especially since I'm also in the middle. I'm still deciding if I'm fully content with her choice in the end. I'm not dissatisfied, but also not sure I agree. Lara Jean is a great character who reminds me a lot of when I was in high school. Time to go read the third book.

I’m surprised!
For performance, the men’s voice were unnatural for me,but it got ok after. I liked the punctuation of the reader, though. The story was great! I saw the movie first, so I expected the book to be good, and it was far more exciting than I thought. I recommend it to teens, or adults who want to look back to the past times.

First was ok second horrible
I disliked both Laura Jean and Peter I thought their characters would be more developed more dynamic and have more depth in the books but they were not. I guess as an adult reading a teenage love story I expected too much. The first was better but by the end of this one I hated Laura Jean she was a horrible main character I could not connect to and Peter never got the real depth I felt would Make a better love story. If it’s a true story it should have added some better drama if it was based on or fictional it was a horribly made book. I am an adult but I have read teen love stories for fun before and there are a tons of other authors that are WAY better.
