Brilliant

I found this book to be just what I wanted - Chris broke down each aspect of his book into manageable parts which helped me digest and understand the concept behind the mental development that is needed in sports.

Series of lectures

This isn't an audio book, it's more like a series of lectures. Nothing terribly ground breaking as far as content goes, but a decent compilation of ideas.
