So motivational
I love listening to books like this that are read by the author. It feels much more like they are talking to you and telling their story. Marcus has an excellent voice for narration and his stories and experience are very interesting. I feel really motivated to make some positive changes in my life because of this book. I even started changing some thing while in the process of listening. Well worth a listen!

Owning it since 2018
Great actionable advice which is helpful in shaping your day. For me I haven't taken it step by step, but I have implemented useful steps in this book which has reignited my life and what I achieve in a day.

A great read! Very real and true.
Voice was so easy to listen to and very clear. Thoroughly enjoyed listening to it especially the bits where it connected all the dots. It was like the penny dropped and it made so much sense. Loved it!

Own or be owned
I am already subscribed to fat is good for you but there are some incredible tips and tricks to really start the day right.
The hydration drink has completely transformed my mornings. Such a simple and easy to apply idea, which has made a huge change to how I feel.
This book and guidance doesn’t just tell you how to be perfect by expecting life around you to just stop all of a sudden. It’s based on what is real and not giving text book advice (although there’s a lot of science to back up the claims) it more so gives advice that is very practical.
I thought I had a lot of things in sync. This book has set another level for me now.
