Must Read

I liked this audiobook because the authors made the material simple and laid out the ground work for you to follow. Instead forcing their reasons down your throat, you are given simple and followable steps. Ultimately the process is left to you to choose happiness and peace over mental clutter and worry. Give it a try and see for yourself.

I wish I knew before

Man, I wish I had this audiobook decades ago--literally would have saved me a lot of grief. This isn't some new agey woo-woo book about just being mindful and living in the present moment. It's actually jam packed with things to DO: tactics, tricks, exercises that you can use to overcome overthinking. We feel guilt or regret when we live in the past; we feel anxiety or stress when we're living in the future. This book will help you to realize that the time is always NOW.

Love it!

Love it! It's kind of changed my daily life since reading it. It's so important to know what the heck you're doing and when you're doing it. Staying true to yourself. Sounds deep, but it was a wonderful read that I look back on from time to time. Definitely didn't go in the goodwill pile after reading.

I recommend it

This audiobook was actually my first book in regards to the self-help category. I could go into far detail on each chapter, but I won't. Besides, doing so would spoil the listen! Each section/chapter discussed on common occurrences that usually get the best of us, and how to cope and/or deal with them better. Every day, I listen a little to help with the process and it has done just that. If need be, I will be using this book as a reference in the future. Overall, I recommend purchasing!
