The information in this book doesn’t deliver on the promise of the subtitle. It does NOT actually tell you how to stop indecision or self-doubt.

Love this little book - highly recommended!

Procrastination is a perennial challenge, and this wonderful little book is your roadmap to the solution. Best book on the topic

I have read a lot of different books on this topic. This is clearly my favorite. Very helpful simple teachings. Thank you to the Author. The book gives an easy to follow, practical approach to mindfulness and self-compassion. This is a great introduction to the Western/Scientific practice of mindfulness.

Really great audiobook to get you motivated

Great and easy listen. Highly recommend.Great audiobook,Helped me get on track to get stuff done .I’ve heard a lot about this audiobook. Can’t wait to put my hands on it.it’s a really great audiobook to get you motivated and get things done. Bring a college student as well, this audiobook helped me prioritize my studying and classes but the tips in here can be applied to any situation.

This is plainly my top pick. Extremely supportive straightforward lessons. Much obliged to you to the Author. The book gives a simple to pursue, down to earth way to deal with care and self-empathy. This is an extraordinary prologue toward the Western/Scientific routine with regards to care.

Great informations!

This book aims to help you identify the reasons why you are constantly overthinking, and you will also learn a couple of tips and techniques on how you can pull yourself out of the death spiral of overthinking before you can fall in any deeper. Just a disclaimer though, it is still best for you to get professional help if you feel that your mental health has been greatly compromised.

felt like I was listening to a robot

I can't really understand the positive reviews for this book.
the first four chapters rather didactically just bullet why we overthink.
and the next layout in similarly bullet style how not to overthink all in complete monotone.

I read books constantly, however, this one has a ton of profound disclosure. The creator is skilled in plainly disclosing what you have to do, no channel, only the manner in which you have to do it.

There really is some great advice

I am a procrastinator.

I am a procrastinator. I admit it. It is something I struggle with daily. Once I have begun I can make progress on a project, until I run out of steam. It is the beginning and staying motivated and not becoming distracted that derail my results.

While Drinking My Daily Coffee

The job is not for the faint of heart nor does it entail what you may think it entails. Just like anyone else working through beauracratic red tape, their hands are tied by the powers that be which prevents them from doing their job effectively. Despite that obstacle, they still prevail triumphantly. Thanks to them, many American lives were saved and atrocities prevented. The author did an excellent job of telling his story and this book is highly recommended.

Well researched and footnoted

Well researched and footnoted, using plenty of scientific data, studies, and references, much of which I have admittedly come across before, the book is not written in textbooks speak. It has a conversational, nonthreatening style. Besides telling us about the method, and showing it for easier and longer-lasting retention, this book explains in easily understood wording why these steps work The author also offers links to downloadable additional resources.

Increase Productivity!

This a great book for getting the most out of your days by using simple rituals. It's no secret that what you do first thing in the morning sets the tone for the whole day. Once you have rituals, you build good habits that help you be productive and achieve your goals. I highly recommend this book!
