Perspicacity itself.
Written with Robinson's incisive, analytical mind, issuing gems of thought provoking synthesis of much thinking and research in the field of education. Not only education however, but sociology, psychology, the arts and more.
It is a pity he hasn't read for this recording himself. The reader is droll, and fails to convey the gems of perspicacity with anywhere near the delivery demanded by Robinson's typically well written text. Nevertheless, I'm listening for a second time, and have bought the book to contain my underlinings and turned down corners as I read.

Just amazing
I realized how important is this topic, but we don't know much about it.

Strong start, weak middle, strong end
This book offers a deep look into so many of the problems of education today and how to fix them. I felt that the book is almost two books one on education then one that is about management consultancy.
Overall this is a book everyone in education should read, it will force everyone to ask what impact does the modern school system have on creativity and a love of learning.
