such an easy listen, really enjoyed it. Nice and likable characters.
Must admit I do own the book and found there a little too much rambling for reading but did make for enjoyable listen though

Great story and brilliant reading
Another fabulous story from Cathy Kelly - she never disappoints and this one kept me gripped to the end.
Aoife McMahon is a brilliant narrator- I could listen to her read the telephone directory (not that we have them any more). She really made the story come to life.

Excellent fiction
Enjoyable from beginning to end. Interesting and relatable female characters. Beautiful narrated. Occasionally tricky to distinguish between What is a thought of a character and what is actually said by the character.

Deceptively good!
I'll admit it took maybe the first 3rd of the book for me to really get into it. I found it a bit disorienting with the fast pace of the narrator (which either got better or I got used to it) and the sheer amount of characters/names thrown around of characters that relate to one of the 3 main ladies. And even after I got into it a bit more, there would be a character who I'd think "wait, pause, who is this in relation to Sid/Marran/Bee??"
But overall it was enjoyable and once the stories started interconnecting I felt more and more compelled to find out how it all ends.
Which was extremely satisfying!! Nate and Marren's mother drove me insane!! So glad at least one of them got what was coming to them!!

Another fantastic Cathy Kelly story
Cathy Kelly is one of my favourite Irish authors. Having her latest novel read by Aoife McMahon with her lilting Irish accent, has added an extra layer of depth to another wonderful Irish story. In “Other Women”, Ms Kelly manages to address some very difficult topics with sensitivity and respect. I highly recommend “Other Women”- especially to other women! 😉
