Noch verstörender allerdings sind die Aufzeichnungen, die den Papst am Krankenbett von Rahel Kannai zeigen. In einer Bunkeranlage auf Spitzbergen tagt zur gleichen Zeit eine mächtige, uralte Geheimgesellschaft. Man ist besorgt, weil der Papst das Buch Dzyan nicht geliefert hat und spurlos verschwunden ist. Aber man hat bereits eine neue Spur: Pater Anselmo.
