Publisher's Summary

The explosive and #1 best-selling memoir that the American government tried to ban....

Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer was part of a secret detachment of the US Army known as the 'Jedi Knights'. In Operation Dark Heart, he reveals for the first time, and in amazing detail, the otherwise secret world of black operations and clandestine intelligence plots conducted by the Western allies in an alien terrain against often undefinable enemies. This book is a gripping and compulsive insight into the espionage world and into a complex labyrinth of agencies that do not like to share secrets. It is also the true and moving story of a twenty-first-century warrior.

Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer is a highly experienced intelligence officer and recipient of the Bronze Star, with 25 years of field experience. He currently serves as the Reserve G6 Assistant Chief of Staff, Communications and Technology, of an Army Reserve division and is also a senior adviser on terrorism and counter-insurgency issues to multiple organisations.

Well done.

We need people like this author to bring to account the "big wigs" and the political agendas they enforce upon us, the general public, who's lives they have put at risk for their own selfish gains. Bravo, and thank you for your services, plus keeping the troops safe.
