Informative and Well Written

Interesting idea to pair her personal story of grief with Virginia Woolf’s To the Lighthouse. It was beautifully written but I feel I now need to read To the Lighthouse to get the most out of this work. Exquisite use of language.

Great book, great technique

I’ve been using expressive writing (EW) to help manage and reduce chronic pain. I wanted to learn a bit more about the technique. This book explains the research findings on the successes and limitations of EW in an accessible way. I recommend reading this book and definitely recommend giving it a go!
