About this listen
Ryan Kaine is on the wing . . .
When alleged murderer, Melanie Archer, is violently assaulted and left for dead by unknown attackers, she reaches out to the only organization who might be able to save her life, The 83 Trust. But before Ryan Kaine is willing to help her and put his team in danger, he wants to determine her guilt or innocence—in person.
Against the advice of his closest allies, he and his insistent partner, Lara, con their way into the lion's den—the last place he'd ever be expected to go willingly.
Unarmed and with no eyes or ears inside the prison, Kaine and Lara are trapped, with only a hasty disguise and a false identity preventing them from taking a permanent holiday at Her Majesty's pleasure . . . or worse. Is Kaine willing to risk everything to save her?
If you like Lee Child, Vince Flynn, and Robert Ludlum, you're going to find the Ryan Kaine series compulsively addictive.

There’s 12hrs I’ll never get back!
What story???
Zero credible storyline which added the ultimate insult by finishing without warning. Like, WTH???
My gut instinct was right when I gave a scathing review for the previous book, I should never gave wasted a credit and come back for more.
Why do authors not realise when they’ve run out of ideas? Characters now lack any sort of interest and / or credibility, even our hero is truly pathetic here.
Finally I’m sorry to say that one of my very favourite narrators failed dismally, a friend staying overnight yelled out to “turn that rubbish off”. Female voices were most definitely well below par.
So disappointed that I fell for this book.
