Ulla Bolinder, född 1948, är en svensk författare som växte upp utanför Uppsala. Hon har arbetat bland annat på sjukhus, reklambyrå och bokförlag. Hon debuterade 1997 med boken Övergreppet, som nu är återutgiven i omarbetad form, och har sedan dess skrivit ett flertal andra böcker.
