A great book that blends history, concepts and telecommunications

Overall I think this audio book was exceptional with the only downside being that if you don’t like the narrator then you will struggle. If you did struggle, I urge you to push past it or get a paperback version of this book.

Onto why I think this is exceptional:

The overall structure begins with explaining the concepts of how communication works, then onto business concepts and then followed by history of how various sources of the current telecommunications world came to be.

Even in 2021, this book is fantastic at providing a background knowledge of telecommunications up to 2000, which if you’re someone who works in this industry and wanted to know the history and concepts in more depth, then this book hits the nail on the head.
