Incredible research useful for both work and socially
This is awesome, I like to listen in the gym so I can pause and take notes. Super well researched, some of the content resonates with things I have observed but couldn’t articulate, and I learnt so much

Outstanding !!! A must read for everyone.
Extremely insightful and succinct explanations. I was surprised by the incredible advice on parenting and the practical advice on building underdeveloped aspects of personality and relating to different personalities. A rare book that communicates and structures difficult concepts in a way that is easy to understand and fun to explore. A must read for anyone who wants to relate and understand themselves and the people around them better.

interesting
very comprehensive and well researched. should be brought up to date though with modern case studies rather than still using those from the 50's

no PDF, save your credits
If you like sitting at a desk with pad and pen to take notes whilst listening to an audiobook then this is the book for you.
Alternatively I hope you have an exceptional auditory memory, otherwise save your credits for something else - it's pointless trying gain insights listening to this without a PDF being provided to review and reflect on key points.
