God came in the flesh to show us what love looks like. To truly see the dynamics of this love, we must take a close look at Jesus's relationships while he was here on earth. How he loved then is how he loves now, and how he loves now is how we as believers are to love.
No Greater Love is a study of Jesus' interactions with people throughout the book of John, including Nicodemus, the woman at the well, and even the Pharisees. What did this love look like in action, especially with those who are hard to love? As it turns out, he didn't love people because they deserved it; he loved them because he is love.
With the great tragedies in our culture today there is a need for this "Jesus love" that's available to all believers. May this book help you better know his love for you - which, in the end, will lead you to becoming more like him.

A very dark place and what lead me to this book
This is my story that lead me to this book about the ❤️ of Jesus:
I spent years searching spiritually for answers, fighting depression, running from myself and the world. Alcohol found its way in slowly and destroyed me. My addiction had finally won. It proved self-will would not save me. My family rallied to rescue me and I was able to surrender just enough to make it in to rehab. I did not believe anything could save me as I tried everything in my power to stop drinking. My death felt iminnent. In rehad I found a fellowship and, with resistence, found faith. With much resistance I prayed. While in rehab I prayed for help with my insanity that I felt the desire to drink, esspesially after all I've learned in rehad and after AA showed me an answer to my struggle and showed me living breathing examples of the answer to my struggle. My prayer was answered that night so profoundly that I was in awe all week, my desire to drink one last time was gone. I was given such a sense of peace I had no idea was possible 🙏 To keep this short I'll say durring my second experience I was sitting in this feeling of pure Peace and Faith one evening with no specific intent when I suddenly had the thought of God and Jesus. Instantly I heard "open your heart" and immediately I did so. Then I heard "still your mind and invite me in" which I did and what felt like a waterfall hit my heart and filled it so unbelievably immensely and I felt overflowing! I was overwhelmed with gratefulness and appreciation. As Jesus rushed in it felt like beams of light shot out too. I could not help but cry. I was shown that I could walk now with Jesus with me. This lead me to search about the heart and Jesus and this was the first book I've listened to and it couldn't have been more perfect of what I experienced and felt from my experience. Thank you for this lovely book! ❤️
Let me add here that I cringed at the word God when I first heard it in rehab because of past negative experiences and I had not care much for the church growing up. So if you are in a dark place and want help, if you can, try opening your heart in faith and try asking for help. May his peace be with you. 🙏❤️

The Sagacity of Tozer
I am a big fan of a A.W. Tozer and have read several of his books. I loved driving to and from work listening to his biblically-based thoughts about the love of Jesus. The striking contrast between his Bible-based facts and the modern cultural attitude towards Jesus, with its teaching of the prosperity gospel, quenched my hunger and thirst for God’s truth.
I recommend this book to those who love the fundamental truth of God’s word, to those who have been jaded or harmed by the prosperity gospel and its offshoot false doctrines, and those who simply love anything that comes from A.W. Tozer.
This was also very well read, without over the top drama-fused reading.
