I’m just saying: WOW. This book gives an insight into hands-on negotiation skills with great examples. Type of the book you want to reread multiple times and put extract on the wall afterwards.

A vivid peak into the mind of a hostage negotiator, and how the lessons he learned can give you the leverage you need in many of life's less gripping situations. The structure of the story was a little hard to follow at times. Excellent narration.
